OUR PAYMENT TERMS

DEPOSIT POLICY

Reservations made 6 months and longer in advance require a 25% deposit within 7 days.

Reservations made less than 6 months prior to departure require a 50% deposit, of which 25% is non-refundable, payment within 7 days. Failure to comply with this will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking.

PAYMENT POLICY

If full amount is not received 35 days prior to tour date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit or other funds already received from the client.

If booking is made less than 35 days to departure, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be received in writing.

In the event of cancellation, charges will be determined as follows:

  • 60 days and longer: 20% non-refundable

  • 35 days prior to departure: 75% of full amount non-refundable

  • 14 days prior to departure: 100% of full amount non-refundable
